If the gov says it's a right, then most likely
its just a privilege. If the gov gives you a right, then it is most
definitely a privilege. Governments only real job is to protect the
rights of the people. The rights don't come from gov. They exist with or
without them. So, wherever you are, you have all the same rights as
anyone anywhere else in the world.
