I think we have always been at this point. It's just that the age of information lets us see it for what it really is. Being
able to see it is half the remedy. What to do about it is not as
complicated as some people make it out to be for their own selfish
interests in selling info.
By seeing it, I mean, to also understand it. To see something for what it really is, is also to understand the how and why it is what it is. That is easily half the battle. There can be no remedy without first understanding the problem. You can buy all the legal info you could ever read from people, but it would be nothing more than a band-aid unless you understand the first half of the equation.
