 If anyone wants me to add them to either of these lists, I will need to first research what your saying and approve of the message. If your selling a book or video course, I will need to read your books or see your video's before I will do a promo for you. Leave a comment if your interested.

Everything I do on this blog, and everything I promote, I do absolutely 100% FREE! I will never monetize it and have a bunch of BAR member legal adds popping up all over the place. I do not charge for my promo's either. The purpose of the blog is simply to shout out other sources of good information to help people in need. Seventy-two killed resisting gun confiscation in Boston

BOSTON
National guard units seeking to confiscate a cache of recently banned assault weapons were ambushed on April 19th by elements of a Para-military extremist faction. Military and law enforcement sources estimate that 72 were killed and more than 200 injured before government forces were compelled to withdraw.

Speaking after the clash, Massachusetts Governor Thomas Gage declared that the extremist faction, which was made up of local citizens, has links to the radical right-wing tax protest movement. Gage blamed the extremists for recent incidents of vandalism directed against internal revenue offices. The governor, who described the group's organizers as "criminals," issued an executive order authorizing the summary arrest of any individual who has interfered with the government's efforts to secure law and order. The military raid on the extremist arsenal followed wide-spread refusal by the local citizenry to turn over recently outlawed assault weapons.

Gage issued a ban on military-style assault weapons and ammunition earlier in the week. This decision followed a meeting in early this month between government and military leaders at which the governor authorized the forcible confiscation of illegal arms.

One government official, speaking on condition of anonymity, pointed out that "none of these people would have been killed had the extremists obeyed the law and turned over their weapons voluntarily." Government troops initially succeeded in confiscating a large supply of outlawed weapons and ammunition. However, troops attempting to seize arms and ammunition in Lexington met with resistance from heavily-armed extremists who had been tipped off regarding the government's plans. During a tense standoff in Lexington 's town park, National Guard Colonel Francis Smith, commander of the government operation, ordered the armed group to surrender and return to their homes. The impasse was broken by a single shot, which was reportedly fired by one of the right-wing extremists. Eight civilians were killed in the ensuing exchange.

Ironically, the local citizenry blamed government forces rather than the extremists for the civilian deaths. Before order could be restored, armed citizens from surrounding areas had descended upon the guard units.

Colonel Smith, finding his forces over matched by the armed mob, ordered a retreat.

Governor Gage has called upon citizens to support the state/national joint task force in its effort to restore law and order. The governor also demanded the surrender of those responsible for planning and leading the attack against the government troops. Samuel Adams, Paul Revere, and John Hancock, who have been identified as "ringleaders" of the extremist faction, remain at large.

Sui Juris Law, The Self Governing, is a group for free Americans who wish to comprehend law, and what has happened to our once glorious country. This group will deal with the foundations of law in America, and explain a great many points of misunderstanding regarding law. Law is something that impacts every individual's life, and for some reason it is not a class taught in every grade of school. All Americans are expected to know and obey the law, while not all are required to speak a second language, yet we see which one has been given priority by those who claim to work for education.

The fundamental goal for this group is to teach individuals the difference between obligations of LAW, and obligations that one takes upon them self of their own voluntary signed consent in various civil adhesion contracts with government, SUBMITTED, via APPLICATION for REGISTRATION.

Everything in my book is up for free in my notes tab, but the book is much more detailed and comprehensive in it's format. I have written, published, and am selling MY book Sui Juris, of my own right and law, holding the copyright for the website and the book in absolute ownership. Individuals who read this book will learn about property, rights, law, The Constitution, The Declaration of Independence, common law, civil law, the difference between statutes and laws, the difference between legal and lawful, the difference between illegal and unlawful, the difference between RIGHTS and privileges.

These civil adhesion contracts by themselves are not a bad thing. They are excellent for limiting the liability of the irresponsible, it is only when these civil adhesion contracts are portrayed as obligations of law by other ignorant Americans, when they are not obligations of law. People no longer obey the law in this country, they obey what other people who have not investigated the law, tell them the law is. It is the difference between false assumptions with no basis in fact or law known as conventional wisdom, and true knowledge. All courts in this State and every other State of the Union, operate under the "Clearfield Doctrine" from the case of Clearfield Trust Co. v. US, 318 US 363, (1943).
This case explains the Clearfield Doctrine as this:
"Governments descend to the level of a mere private corporation and takes on the character of a mere private citizen [where private corporate commercial paper {Federal Reserve Notes} are concerned]..." "For purposes of suit, such corporations and individuals are regarded as an entity entirely separate from government." Bank of US v. Planters Bank, 9 Wheaton (22US) 904, 6L.Ed. 24. {Added}
The definition of "money" becomes extremely relevant once the above is known and understood. So, the question is now "What is the substance of the money used by the government entity coming against you"? "MONEY" as defined in the Constitution for the several States united at Article I, section 10, clause 1 or "MONEY" as defined in the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) adopted by your state legislature? In Michigan, see Michigan Compiled Laws section 440.1101, et seq., under definitions. The UCC itself states that its definitions are controlling over dictionary definitions.
When any State agency come against you, normally no Constitutional arguments can be allowed since it is presumed that you are dealing, knowingly, voluntarily and willfully, in the commercial law of contracts, implied or written. In that "State" (State of the Forum), you loose all protections of both State and Federal Constitutions. If this is your first encounter with the term "State" be advised that it does not mean the geographical area that you live in. The term "state" has at least seven (7) meanings in most dictionaries. Please look it up in a Black's Law Dictionary and you will find there is even a great difference between the defined meanings of the words State" and "state".
The political, colorable, corporate "State" does not appear as a word in the Holy Bible. However, the word State does come from the Greek root word "stato" which means "to stand". A State is something that stands stationary, fixed or established. "Establishments" exist only in the common thoughts created and sustained in the minds of men. It is a "legal fiction" or a
"fiction of law". A State is a corporate fiction existing purely in thought. Corporations, and similar creations, are all fictions made up in men's minds. Mere imagination! Fictional, meaning neither natural nor existing of themselves. LIES. They exist by the mutual agreement of the thoughts of men. Likewise a State exists only in the minds of men. It is not the real state, that being the physical ground and the real people located thereupon. The State cannot be seen, talked to, harmed, injured, damaged, touched, made love to, moved to tears or write you a letter. It has all of the emotions of today's computer. It is a political creation designed to protect and/or control a certain object. It is not a Biblical concept.

Illegal Alien Consent Trickery

The Supreme Court is paving the way for illegals to vote as they make it easier for them to register to vote in our country. All they need to do is sign a registration form saying they are citizens and they will be allowed to vote. Checking this out is no longer allowed. We already have amnesty in this country. Immigration reform will be a joke since there will be no reason for them to even want to become a citizen!

The Supreme Court says states cannot require would-be voters to prove they are U.S. citizens before using a federal registration system designed to make signing up easier.

The justices voted 7-2 to throw out Arizona’s voter-approved requirement that prospective voters document their U.S. citizenship in order to use a registration form produced under the federal “Motor Voter” voter registration law.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said that the 1993 National Voter Registration Act, which doesn’t require such documentation, trumps Arizona’s Proposition 200 passed in 2004. Arizona officials say their law is needed to stop non-Americans from voting in elections, while opponents see it as an attack on minorities, immigrants and the elderly."
