"1. I own myself. Nobody has a higher claim to me, than me. This includes "society". I can't be forced into doing things I don't want to, and I can be nobodies slave - except by a violation of my self.

2. As an extension of owning myself, the product of my time and action is mine. If I knit a blanket it is mine, if I build a house from unused trees, it is mine, if I put unproductive resources to use, they are mine. If I go to work and make $100 - it is mine.

3. The only real crimes that can be perpetrated are force and fraud. If a person is forced to lose their freedom, volition, or property (or it's value) - or is tricked out of it - that is a legitimate offense. Other things like jay walking, selling marijuana, or prostitution are non-crimes because they do not violate any of the above axioms.

4. Governance is force (violence). This is called the "gun in the room". It means that every law, no matter how superficial is an extension of the application of force - or that every law is fundamentally a question of whether people should be killed for noncompliance. The extended argument looks like this:

I am commanded by law to pay taxes to murder the children of Iraq.
Should I refuse to pay for the murder of babies in Iraq I will be fined in addition to being commanded to pay.
Should I refuse to pay the fines or war monies, I will have my property confiscated (theft).
Should I refuse to surrender my property, I will be jailed (kidnapped and imprisoned).
Should I defend my person, I will be killed.

So, should people be killed who do not support killing babies and civilians in the Iraq war?

5. The social contract is void, since it is unsigned, and never agreed to. For an agreement to be valid, both sides must know and understand the contract - and must agree. In the case of the "social contract", this is not the case - therefore it is invalid.

The result of these ideas is "voluntaryism" - the idea that when you and I agree to something, and I don't force you, or trick you - then it's fair and just. The contrary, coercion, is when people cannot choose if they will agree or not - and is unfair and unjust, and violates the primary axiom."

I was just going to do a post today with this video, but then I found the above post and decided to post them together.

I was just going over some old posts here when I realized this meme deserved some commentary and I had given it none. I shared it on fellow freedom advocate Robert Menard's Facebook page. Thought I would just copy and paste the post here.

 

Why Sovereignty may be a doomed concept for the masses.
Like you've said Robert, people need to grow up and get out from under their (governments) roof and on their own. Most people buying the big lie, when they turn 18, just trade in their natural parents for government. They go from being a dependent of their parents to being a dependent of the machine / fiction / State. Government becomes both mother and father threw that dependency. So long as they continue providing the State with their consent to be dependent on the State, they trade in their sovereign rights for privileges and are treated as children. When they complain, they are then punished like children. Running with scissors is not a crime, but it may get you a spanking if you get caught doing it if you remain a dependent child / STATE citizen.

 Instead of using the term 'wake up' I prefer using the term 'grow up' for that reason. A child can be awake, but still is a child dependent on mother and father.

OT to be Governed as is the Free Choice of All inhabitants.

This is the bases of Our Freedom within this Society and if we Cant retract our Consent then we are Not Governed by our Consent, WE ARE SLAVES..

STATUTES are Only given force of law "by your Consent" and being that's the case then it only stands to reason that if we Retract our Consent then STATUTES are NOT given force of law by your Consent.

Slaves have No choices, they are Ordered what to do not requested..

Slaves are held to a Life under the Rule of another that they did Not Consent to and forced into labor and then made give up their earnings to those whom hold him captive.

We all live in this world together, but we do not all play part in the same "Society"..

Society being a collective of Free inhabitants coming together in a mutual Agreement to adhere to a certain set of "rules" previously "CONSENTED" to.

Each inhabitant does their part within said system because they have made the Free Choice to participate within said system.

At any time any Free inhabitant makes the "CHOICE" to Not be part of a system/Society and that system/Society Refused to recognize the Free inhabitants Choice and HONOR it, then that inhabitant is No longer Free.

I ask you now,
ARE YOU FREE OR ARE YOU A SLAVE?

I am a Free inhabitant being treated as a Slave.. Are You?

I have retracted my consent to be governed by way of the sheriff using a Notice of Understanding, Intent, Claim of Right, Fee Schedule and Permanent Estoppel by Acquiescence, defaulted upon.

My wife and I married Common Law, recognized by a judge in documentation (first time Ohio has recognized Common Law marriages since the early 90s

I have documents from a government agency stating I no longer qualify for benefits do to the fact I am Not a U.S. citizen. (only took me 3 months to get them to see it my way after I pointed out their fraud).

I receive No benefits and I reserve All Rights.

I live openly in accordance with Common Law while applying a Sui Juris philosophy to my existence.

I do Not give STATUTES force of law by my consent.

I understand that my rights only end where another's begin.

I DO NOT CONSENT TO BE GOVERNED.

Now ask yourself, if a Free inhabitant retracts his Consent and lives openly as No part of said System and that System FORCES said Free inhabitant to live as a member of that Society, Would that Society/System not be forcing you into Slavery?

We have Choices and when any entity Strips us of those Choices then We are no longer Free.

We are prisoners and Slaves.

Please Honor all Free Choices made by the Free inhabitants of this world.
