Keep this in mind: In ALL actions originating from an agency or agent within the LEGAL SOCIETY pertains EXCLUSIVELY to the LEGAL PERSON, never the Living Man. 'They' have absolutely NO AUTHORITY to act against other than a FICTION of 'their' creation.

In all correspondence addressing receipt of a document make it perfectly clear that it was received by a Living Man, NOT a LEGAL PERSON. Make them aware that if 'they' desire your presence in 'their' venue, you will activate your fee schedule which calls for a fee of $5,000.00 per day, or any fraction of a day to accommodate 'their' desire. State that you will be waiting for further instructions and 'their' agreement of your Fee Schedule, otherwise you will conclude the issue to be resolved.

This type of Notice does not require the follow up of default notices as the others do. This places the ball squarely in their court for further play.

And we have this decision – one of many – that makes US jurisdiction clear:

“The laws of Congress in respect to those matters do not extend into the territorial limits of the states, but have force only in the District of Columbia , and other places that are within the exclusive jurisdiction of the national government.” Catha v United States , 152 US , at 215

There are surely enough on the Internet learning the truth about the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT CORPORATION (created on February 21, 1871 by the Forty-First Congress, Section 34, Session III, chapters 61 and 62: “An Act To Provide A Government for the District of Columbia”. This is also known as the “Act of 1871″.

This is reflected in U.S. Code, Title 28 – JUDICIARY AND JUDICIAL PROCEDURE, (Chapter 176) Section 3002 (15) (a, b, & c); which states that ~

(15) ” United States ” means – (A) a Federal corporation; (B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; (C) an instrumentality of the United States

"The United States is located in the District of Columbia." - California Commercial Code 9307 h).

WHY VOTE FOR CONGRESSMEN AND WOMEN? THE LAWS THEY PASS ONLY APPLY TO THE FEDERAL CORPORATE VENUES IDENTIFIED BY ZIP CODE OR IN THE 100 SQ. MILE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.

Each one of these states is a country. The US is a Union of countries. Same as the EU in Europe. California is the same as Germany, Arizona the same a France, New Mexico = Spain, etc.

On And For The Record

I'm not doing this blog to change anyone's mind about anything.

Some people love being slaves. They will fight you for the right to their captive privileges. They lack the will to be free. I'm not trying to change any of their minds. Let them have it if that's what they want. There will always be a need for a government for these people. Our founding fathers knew this.

I'm doing this blog for all those people who want to be free. The purpose of it is to help provide the information on how to go about it for those who want it. Nothing more or less.

These definitions are taken from Bouvier's Law Dictionary 1856:

STATE. government. This word is used in various senses. In its most enlarged sense, it signifies a self-sufficient body of persons united together in one community for the defence of their rights, and to do right and justice to foreigners. In this sense, the state means the whole people united into one body politic; (q. v.) and the state, and the people of the state, are equivalent expressions. 1 Pet. Cond. Rep. 37 to 39; 3 Dall. 93; 2 Dall. 425; 2 Wilson's Lect. 120; Dane's Appx. §50, p. 63 1 Story, Const. §361. In a more limited sense, the word `state' expresses merely the positive or actual organization of the legislative, or judicial powers; thus the actual government of the state is designated by the name of the state; hence the expression, the state has passed such a law, or prohibited such an act. Just who is dependent on whom?

On this day of dependency, let us remind ourselves that it is the gov who is dependent on the people for it's existence, and not the other way around as they would have you believe.
