Judge acting outside his jurisdiction

FYI More than likely, if your a US citizen, it's treason to sign a petition against your government.

FYI, If your a US or state citizen and your signing all these petitions, you will most likely fall under this. Be careful what you sign! Most of what I'm seeing out there would not be a good idea. If you are a citizen, you ARE NOT the People. Period. You are a subject with no recourse. It is illegal for you to sign these things. You are not allowed to question your masters.

TEXT Sec. 2381. Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war
against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and
comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason
and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five
years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and
shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
