The Hidden 13th Amendment And the War of 1812

Passed by Congress May 1, 1810 - Ratified December 9, 1812  "If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them." 

This Amendment essentially prohibited any lawyer or person with Noble Title from serving in government as it stripped their citizenship. This was to prevent England from subverting American law by ensuring no representative of the B.A.R. or British Accredidation Registry, could enter public service. It is important to remember that as there is nothing abolishing this amendment it is currently the law of the land regardless of it's hidden nature. The following Constitutional points also reinforce this fact regarding titles of nobility.

Article 1 Section 9 - Limits on Congress
No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince or foreign State.

Article 1 Section 10 Powers prohibited of States
No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility.

How quickly we all forget The War of 1812. A war I remember being glossed over in history class, as I sat eagerly waiting for my teacher to instruct me in a matter that held my interest, but to my disappointment, not much was covered.

The war of 1812 had everything to do with The hidden 13th Amendment.  For over 50 years the 13th Amendment was included in the publications of the Constitution for the united States. it is no coincidence the targets of the English war effort were to destroy evidence of this Amendment's ratification, for without it, they could never subvert our courts and pervert law, which they are now doing. Wait, most people only think we only faught england one time and won in 1776. This is fabricated history.

This is the text of the 13th Amendment which has been hidden from history. It would have excluded all lawyers from holding offices of public trust due to their "OATH OF ALLEGIANCE" and "TITLE OF NOBILITY" to the crown, known as ESQUIRE. Our ocnstitution today while this is unlawfully omitted per it's lawful ratification, holds similar language with the same intent.

People need to wake up. The English law society, with aide from the international banks, now owned by the FED, has subverted the rule of law. Do any of us comprehend the brain dead stuff they write? NO it is a different language. We are not meant to comprehend it. Better yet, MOST LAW IN AMERICA IS NOT LAW, IT IS STATUTE, AND THIS STATUTE NONSENSE THAT NO ONE CAN UNDERSTAND IS NOT LAW. it is not just a foreign language, it is a foreign language written by men and women who have SWORN ALLEGIANCE to the CROWN when they accepted the TITLE of NOBILITY ESQUIRE. No wonder people do not trust lawyers.





In the winter of 1983, archival research expert David Dodge, and former Baltimore police investigator Tom Dunn, were searching for evidence of government corruption in public records stored in the Belfast Library on the coast of Maine.



By chance, they discovered the library's oldest authentic copy of the Constitution of the United States (printed in 1825). Both men were stunned to see this document included a 13th Amendment that no longer appears on current copies of the Constitution. Moreover, after studying the Amendment's language and historical context, they realized the principle intent of this "missing" 13th Amendment was to prohibit lawyers from serving in government. So began a seven year, nationwide search for the truth surrounding the most bizarre Constitutional puzzle in American history -- the unlawful removal of a ratified Amendment from the Constitution of the United States. Since 1983, Dodge and Dunn have uncovered additional copies of the Constitution with the "missing" 13th Amendment printed in at least eighteen separate publications by ten different states and territories over four decades from 1822 to 1860. In June of this year (1991), Dodge uncovered the evidence that this missing 13th Amendment had indeed been lawfully ratified by the state of Virginia and was therefore an authentic Amendment to the American Constitution. If the evidence is correct and no logical errors have been made, a 13th Amendment restricting lawyers from serving in government was ratified in 1819 and removed from US Constitution during the tumult of the Civil War. Since the Amendment was never lawfully repealed, it is still the Law today. The implications are enormous.

The story of this "missing" Amendment is complex and at times confusing because the political issues and vocabulary of the American Revolution were different from our own. However, there are essentially two issues: What does the Amendment mean? and, Was the Amendment ratified? Before we consider the issue of ratification, we should first understand the Amendment's meaning and consequent current relevance.

Again, no evidence of ratification; none of denial.

However, on March 10, 1819, the Virginia legislature passed Act No. 280 (Virginia Archives of Richmond, "misc.' file, p. 299 for micro-film): "Be it enacted by the General Assembly, that there shall be published an edition of the Laws of this Commonwealth in which shall be contained the following matters, that is to say: the Constitution of the united States and the amendments thereto..." This act was the specific legislated instructions on what was, by law, to be included in the re-publication (a special edition) of the Virginia Civil Code. The Virginia Legislature had already agreed that all Acts were to go into effect on the same day -- the day that the Act to re-publish the Civil Code was enacted. Therefore, the 13th Amendment's official date of ratification would be the date of re-publication of the Virginia Civil Code: March 12, 1819. The Delegates knew Virginia was the last of the 13 States that were necessary for the ratification of the 13th Amendment. They also knew there were powerful forces allied against this ratification so they took extraordinary measures to make sure that it was published in sufficient quantity (4,000 copies were ordered, almost triple their usual order), and instructed the printer to send a copy to President James Monroe as well as James Madison and Thomas Jefferson. (The printer, Thomas Ritchie, was bonded. He was required to be extremely accurate in his research and his printing, or he would forfeit his bond.)



In this fashion, Virginia announced the ratification: by publication and dissemination of the Thirteenth Amendment of the Constitution.

There is question as to whether Virginia ever formally notified the Secretary of State that they had ratified this 13th Amendment. Some have argued that because such notification was not received (or at least, not recorded), the Amendment was therefore not legally ratified. However, printing by a legislature is prima facie evidence of ratification. Further, there is no Constitutional requirement that the Secretary of State, or anyone else, be officially notified to complete the ratification process. The Constitution only requires that three- fourths of the states ratify for an Amendment to be added to the Constitution. If three-quarters of the states ratify, the Amendment is passed. Period. The Constitution is otherwise silent on what procedure should be used to announce, confirm, or communicate the ratification of amendments.


Knowing they were the last state necessary to ratify the Amendment, the Virginians had every right announce their own and the nation's ratification of the Amendment by publishing it on a special edition of the Constitution, and so they did.

Word of Virginia's 1819 ratification spread throughout the States and both Rhode Island and Kentucky published the new Amendment in 1822. Ohio first published in 1824. Maine ordered 10,000 copies of the Constitution with the 13th Amendment to be printed for use in the schools in 1825, and again in 1831 for their Census Edition. Indiana Revised Laws of 1831 published the 13th Article on p. 20. Northwestern Territories published in 1833. Ohio published in 1831 and 1833. Then came the Wisconsin Territory in 1839; Iowa Territory in 1843; Ohio again, in 1848; Kansas Statutes in 1855; and Nebraska Territory six times in a row from 1855 to 1860.

So far, David Dodge has identified eleven different states or territories that printed the Amendment in twenty separate publications over forty-one years. And more editions including this 13th Amendment are sure to be discovered. Clearly, Dodge is onto something.

The notion the13th Amendment was never ratified, Maybe you can show them that the ten legislatures which ordered it published eighteen times we've discovered (so far) consisted of ignorant politicians who don't know their amendments from their... ahh, articles. You might even be able to convince the public that our US forefathers never meant to "outlaw" public servants who pushed people around, accepted bribes or special favors to "look the other way." Maybe. But before you do, there's an awful lot of evidence to be explained.



 Consider some evidence of its historical significance: First, "titles of nobility" were prohibited in both Article VI of the Articles of Confederation (1777) and in Article I, Sections 9 and 10 of the Constitution of the United States (1787); Second, although already prohibited by the Constitution, an additional "title of nobility" amendment was proposed in 1789, again in 1810, and according to Dodge, finally ratified in 1819. Clearly, the founding fathers saw such a serious threat in "titles of nobility" and "honors" that anyone receiving them would forfeit their citizenship. Since the government prohibited "titles of nobility" several times over four decades, and went through the amending process (even though "titles of nobility" were already prohibited by the Constitution), it's obvious that the Amendment carried much more significance for our founding fathers than is readily apparent today.

Even though the Treaty of Paris ended the Revolutionary War in 1783, the simple fact of our existence threatened the monarchies. The United States stood as a heroic role model for other nations, that inspired them to also struggle against oppressive monarchies. The French Revolution (1789-1799) and the Polish national uprising (1794) were in part encouraged by the American Revolution. Though we stood like a beacon of hope for most of the world, the monarchies regarded the United States as a political typhoid Mary, the principle source of radical democracy that was destroying monarchies around the world. The monarchies must have realized that if the principle source of that infection could be destroyed, the rest of the world might avoid the contagion and the monarchies would be saved.

Their survival at stake, the monarchies sought to destroy or subvert the American system of government. Knowing they couldn't destroy us militarily, they resorted to more covert methods of political subversion, employing spies and secret agents skilled in bribery and legal deception -- it was, perhaps, the first "cold war". Since governments run on money, politicians run for money, and money is the usual enticement to commit treason, much of the monarchy's counter- revolutionary efforts emanated from English banks

The Banking Fraud & Ponzi Scheme was slightly exposed the other day on New Zealand Television where a short exposē into where money is created has opened a small but ever so growing can of worms.
Kiwis from all over New Zealand have gone into their Banks and asked some interesting questions that arose through this short morning TV news piece from TVNZ which explained that the Banks create money ‘out of thin air’, which you then spend the rest of eternity paying off at interest.
Nice to see this slowly making it’s way into mainstream media. Even if it was on early in the morning where most debtors are at work, and the unemployed asleep, there was still a lot of people who saw this and shared the information.
Money is created ‘out of thin air’. Banks have been scamming the people for many years and a few of us are fighting back.

The Banking Cartels of this World, the financial ‘movers and shakers’ have pirated the very wealth of society and have been gambling our very existence in the form of Bonds and Derivatives. Our mortgage agreements are sold on the debt exchange meaning the Banks are most likely no longer the ‘holder in due course’. What does that mean to the customer? What does that mean to the Bank if you the customer know this?

'Secrets of Private Travel by Automobile, Cops Prefer You Not Know!

The prevailing circumstances for most motorists in America that are created under the aegis of a presumed driving privilege, may only be valid if one is indeed conducting any of the defined activities which "driving" describes, that are in a commercial context. The message here is that driving is a profession, which only involves commercial activities that are being conducted by drivers on the streets and highways of America.

The states' Departments of Motor Vehicles (DMV) require that motorists register their presumably commercial "vehicles" -- but the DMVs have nonetheless said nothing else, due to interests of ill-gotten gain. The DMVs have thus scammed the American public for decades into believing they all need to possess Driver Licenses (DL) and have their automobiles registered with the DMV, in order to pursue everyday interests of private travel by automobile on the streets and highways of America.

'Not giving "legal advice" here, but every American not engaged in vehicular commerce who is learning the truth about the fraud of the DL and automobile registration to conduct mere private travel, will at some point be motivated to detach any existing registration plates, and leave at home any prior issued DL, before traveling in their private automobiles by unalienable right.

However that said, there are a number of things which should be well understood from self-study, which include what things to say (and what not to say), and how to react after being pulled-over by any of the "law enforcement" agencies.

Unfortunately, most law enforcement officers (LEOs) act more like buccaneers on the high seas in seeking whom they may plunder, under the misapplied vehicle codes of any state. Indeed what occurs by those corporate sub-contractor LEOs is criminal on their part, since their primary objective in stopping motorists is not for safety issues, but for revenue generation -- for the courts and for themselves. The LEOs are the legal crooks who unlawfully plunder our society. This mention however is not intended to make a blanket statement that all cops are bad... but simply that the majority of them are that way.

It's recommended that all motorists who are interested in throwing off the yoke of deception and corruption of state imposed restriction on Americans' freedom of travel by automobile (in a non-commercial capacity), begin to view and learn from any number of materials and videos that exist on YouTube (and elsewhere) which talk about the right of highway travel in a non-driving and thus non-commercial context.

The following video is considered to be a good primer for any motorist who needs to build self-confidence against the intimidation of LEOs, the latter of whom presume that everyone behind the wheel of an automobile has to be licensed, and have their automobiles registered. However, nothing could be farther from the truth, and the sooner more Americans learn the real truth about private travel via one's automobile, the happier we collectively can all become.

Learning the weasel words which entrap most clueless motorists into affirming their "driving" status when stopped by LEOs, must be seriously studied -- so as to later teach others, because this scam (that's existed for decades) has to end -- and only we the responsible people of America can make that happen... one motorist at a time. Surety is attached through the family name, if you are using it, what you are doing is claiming to be an individual who is part of a group which makes you surety. Your christian or given name is who you are and how you are known. Example I am Bob Canadian, or Christopher Plumber, John Robertson, all of these serve to attach surety to you, first as a Canadian, second as a plumber, third for Robert the father.

You are identifying yourself with a group. If and when you do this you are accepting the sins of the group unto yourself. Think of it this way, if your family name was Bob Hitler, you would not have much credit / credibility in the Jewish community and therefore few would accept you as surety. But if your name was simply Bob then your respect would have to come from the peoples experience with you as you built up credit within the community. this would be your reputation based on you and not based on your person.

Canadians used to have a good reputation in the world as peace keepers, and we could travel the world with a maple leaf on us and be spared much hardship from foreigners in the lands we traveled. Now Canadians reputation is shot as we are seen as the lap dogs of the American president.

think of those fine people to the south of Canada they are now viewed as a group called Americans, they were taught to be proud so they accept that name with pride. But now what the president has and is doing is reflected on them as a whole and they must hide that fact when traveling on foreign soil or be held accountable by the people of that land for the actions of their government. in this they become surety for the name American. I just watched The Grapes of Wrath again a few weeks ago. First time since waking up to what's been going on. I always thought that camp they found refuge in was a good thing. The one set up by the Department of Agriculture. This time it occurred to me what it was really about. Getting the people conditioned to being dependent on the nanny state to come to their rescue. 

Where has that gotten us?

Welfare STATE with millions of dependents who's mother and father are the STATE itself. Millions of dependents who are bound by adhesion contract and their own consent to do as they are told by their corporate parents.

Some last words about Ron Paul, what happened and why.

Yeah, even though I knew at the time that voting for anyone was a simple consent issue, and that the elections are all rigged, I was a supporter of his. Helped to put this giant flyer up at a strip mall in Carson, Ca where it could be seen by millions stuck in traffic on the 405 freeway.

If there was ever a Statesman in office, it was this man. His record showed how he represented the Republican Form Of Government rather than the fascist democracy going on all around him.

The big question I had, having been involved with the whole thing, at the very end, was 'why does he not do something about the obvious in your face cheating going on?' A ton of people went to bat at this time pointing out all the irregularities such as vote counts being tallied and posted before the vote was even taken at the RNC. If that didn't smack you in the face then NOTHING will. It's noteworthy to mention that the exact same thing also happened at the DNC convention.

At the time for myself, the only natural conclusion I could come up with was that it's all rigged. This much is true. But it was only a symptom of reasons on the larger scale hidden from the view of most people. At the time, myself included. This bigger reason being the reason I believe Ron Paul ran in the election. Not to become Chief CIO and president of THE UNITED STATES, but rather to point out to the public the bigger picture.

To demonstrate the BIG picture, one must look at corporate structure. Investors / Shareholders -> the Board Of Directors -> then the employees (Trustees) of the corporation. The ones behind the scenes answering the phones, placing orders, mopping the floors, and carrying out the day to day activities. The trustees also include the management. The CEO is a trustee who answers to the board of directors. A US president is merely a managerial job. They call it the executive branch, but he must answer to his bosses, the board of directors and the investors / shareholders. This is why they all appear to be puppets. They are puppets. They do as their told. Here's a chart showing the basic corporate structure.

So you ask yourself, how is this possible? This is not what I was told in (government run) school. The answer is pretty simple. America has been in a perpetual state of bankruptcy. I won't argue if it began before, during or after the revolution, the war of 1812, 1861, 1871, Roosevelt's New Deal in the 1930's, etc. That's irrelevant to this post and the point I'm making here. If anything, those dates only mark a reorganization of the assets under the bankruptcy laws. Those of you who have studied our history and done your homework know the significance to the above mentioned dates.

So, in a bankruptcy, who is in control of everything? The creditors. Who are the creditors of the US Gov? Look at the top corporate chart. The creditors are the Shareholders represented in this basic chart. So who are they by name? Well, the international banking cartel, the IMF (International Monetary Fund) and the CFR (Counsel on Foreign Relations) work together as the Board of directors along with the UN. Look at who owns the big international banking institutions and you will have your answer.

I could write my own book on the whole thing, but this is just a simple blog post, so I'll cut it off right here. How does the above tie in with why Ron Paul didn't go for it and hold the cheaters accountable at the end? Well, he's no dummy. He knows how it works. He understands that the trustees (US citizens) do not appoint the CEO of a / the company. The Shareholders got who they wanted as puppet for the next 4 years, Obozo. I don't believe there was much he could of done that wouldn't have got him to meet a tragic accident. For those who were listening, he said volumes. His actions, as well as his inaction's said more than he was allowed to articulate openly. He even talked about opting out. THAT is the only REAL answer. HE GAVE US THE ANSWER! VACATE THE SYSTEM, AND QUIT YOUR JOB AS A TRUSTEE WHERE YOUR VERY LIFE IS PLEDGED AGAINST THE NATIONAL DEBT! STOP BEING A SUBJECT TO THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT! For one to say they are a US citizen is the same as an Englishman of Frenchman or German to claim they are EU citizens. The US and the EU are both corporations, run as corporations for profit. We were given the gift of sovereignty. We've been tricked into giving away our personal sovereignty to the Federal government by consent threw social programs and adhesion contracts. FIRST, learn what your rights are, then stand on them, void all adhesion contracts, and make a Claim Of Right. It is the only solution. Thank you Ron Paul for helping me to see that!

BANE OF LIBERTY

Incompetent governments, who fail miserably at securing rights, (i.e., by prosecuting injury after the fact), can appear effective by legislating bans on liberty to “prevent” crime. Prior restraint may appear to be a solution, but you can never ever prove its efficacy - which is another reason why governments embrace it. Furthermore, you can dominate innocent people with regulations, because you can prosecute a breach without evidence of an injured party, deliberately injured. 

Restrictions on liberty as a means to prevent crime is evidence of an incompetent and corrupt government unable to forcefully prosecute criminals as a deterrent. Thus the worthless politicians appear to be doing something while actually making the problem worse for the American people.

Prohibitions are the death of liberty.

Legalization

I've been making the very same point Dean is in this video. Legalization of anything is bad. If it's not unlawful to do, then why legalize it? Why would you want to beg someone for permission to do something that is not unlawful to do in the first place? As soon as something is made 'legal' then it is subject to regulation, fines, taxes, and penalties. Legalization is a scam to steal money from people who have committed no crime, breach of the peace, fraud, or harmed, or stolen from anyone, and that is all it ever will be.

Regarding the Possession and Use of
Social Security Numbers
There is no law requiring a person to have, obtain or use a Social Security Number to live
or work in the United States. Social Security is a voluntary system and there is no legal
requirement that an individual obtain or use a Social Security Number.
The Social Security Act requires the Social Security Administration to establish and maintain records of wages
and self-employment income for each individual whose work is covered under the program; a Social Security
Number is needed for that purpose. No social security benefits will be paid to you unless you obtain and use a
Social Security Number.
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) imposes no penalty on an employer if the failure to show a Social Security
Number (SSN) or Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) for an employee was due to reasonable cause and not
to willful neglect. See 26 USC §6109(a)(3), §6721(a)(2)(B), §6721(c)(1)(B), and §6724(a). The IRS requires an
employer request (IRC §6109(a)(3)) the employee to provide the employer with either an SSN or TIN. However,
the employee may refuse to provide an SSN or TIN. An employer is prohibited by Title VII of the Civil Rights
Act from dismissing any employee for refusing to provide an SSN or TIN because of their religious belief or
creed.
Section 7 of Public Law 93-579 provides that:
(a)(1) It shall be unlawful for any Federal, State or local government agency to deny to any individual any
right, benefit, or privilege provided by law because of such individual's refusal to disclose his social security
account number.
If you do not wish your employer to use your Social Security Number, you should tell them in writing, that you
elect to withdraw the use of your Social Security Number and request your employer to enter the phrase
“Employee Refused to Provide” in the space provided for a Social Security Number if and when your employer
reports your wages and taxes.
18 USC Sec. 242 and 42 USC Sec. 1983 provides that:
“Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in
any State, Territory, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected
by the Constitution or laws of the United States, ... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than
one year, or both;” 42 USC Sec. 1983 further provides that a violator “shall be liable to the party injured in
an action at law, suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress.”
42 USC Sec. 408 provides that:

The state cannot grant a license to commit a crime, such as a license to rape or steal. Therefore any act that is licensed is already lawful without it. What a license is, is permission from master to slave to engage in a perfectly lawful act with added limitations set by the state.
